References to banks, digital wallets, Pag-IBIG, financial institutions, investment products, interest rates, deposit insurance, or other financial services are provided for organizational, informational, or calculation purposes and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership unless expressly stated.
Stash provides financial record-keeping, calculation, simulation, and planning tools only.
Nothing displayed by Stash constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, lending, or credit advice.
Calculations and projections — including net worth estimates, savings projections, interest calculations, investment growth scenarios, loan amortization schedules, debt payoff estimates, and other financial simulations — are provided for informational and planning purposes only.
Actual financial outcomes may differ because of factors including changing interest rates, fees, taxes, market performance, lender policies, payment schedules, government regulations, and information entered by the user.
You should independently verify important financial information and consult an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information entered, uploaded, imported, or otherwise provided to Stash.

Stash does not guarantee that manually entered or imported financial information is complete, current, or accurate. Any calculation generated by Stash is dependent on the information and assumptions used to produce it.
Stash may display or use information relating to interest rates, transfer allowances, taxes, deposit insurance, Pag-IBIG programs, bank products, or other financial and regulatory information.
These details may change over time. Although reasonable efforts may be made to keep such information current, Stash does not guarantee that every rate, limit, policy, tax treatment, product feature, or regulatory reference is current at the time you view it.
You should verify important financial information directly with the relevant financial institution, government agency, or official source before making financial decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Stash account and authentication credentials.

Your device PIN is intended to provide local access protection and should not be shared with other people.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. If you believe your account or device has been compromised, you should stop using the affected credentials and take reasonable steps to secure your account.
Stash may use a combination of local browser storage, device-side processing, and cloud infrastructure to provide its features.
Where cloud synchronization is enabled, Stash may use Supabase and PostgreSQL-based infrastructure to store and synchronize application data. Security controls may include authentication, encryption, database access controls, and PostgreSQL Row-Level Security.
No software, database, storage provider, or online service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability. You are encouraged to maintain your own copies of important financial records and to periodically export your Stash data where export functionality is available.
Stash may allow you to manually enter financial information or import supported files such as CSV statements.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and process any file you provide to Stash. Imported data may require review or correction after processing. Stash does not guarantee that every institution, statement format, transaction description, or imported value will be interpreted perfectly.
You should review imported information before relying on it for calculations or financial planning.
Stash may rely on third-party services to provide certain functionality, including authentication, hosting, database infrastructure, or other technical services.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security controls. Stash is not responsible for outages, interruptions, policy changes, or other events caused by third-party providers that are outside Stash's reasonable control.
References or links to third-party organizations, banks, financial institutions, or websites do not constitute endorsement unless expressly stated.
You may request deletion of your Stash account and associated application data using the available account deletion functionality within Stash.
Where the application provides a "Delete Account" option, following the deletion process will initiate removal of account data in accordance with Stash's applicable data-handling practices.
Certain limited information may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, backup integrity, or other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law.
You should export any information you wish to keep before deleting your account. Account deletion may be irreversible.
Stash may be modified, updated, suspended, or temporarily unavailable from time to time.

These Terms do not prevent you from using financial information that belongs to you or exporting your own data through functionality provided by Stash. Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and service marks remain the property of their respective owners.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that Stash will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every financial purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered information, imported financial records, third-party financial information, projections, estimates, or calculated future outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Stash, its creator, and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use Stash.

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the service, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.

Continued use of Stash after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections available to users under applicable law.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of Stash should first be raised with us in good faith so that an informal resolution can be attempted before other remedies are pursued.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
